Location: Monticello
Provalus is seeking an Entry-Level Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier I support and incident management. You will assist customers by troubleshooting technical issues, creating and managing tickets, and delivering prompt, friendly service throughout resolution.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused with a desire to learn, and will receive hands-on training to build a solid IT support foundation. This full-time, in-person role offers growth opportunities.
