Bath Iron Works is seeking a Desktop Technician I to provide hands‑on IT support for laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones, and printers. You will deploy, image, configure, and repair devices and enroll and support mobile devices through the MDM platform, while contributing to knowledge base articles and ensuring safe, compliant operations.
You will participate in device refreshes, OS rollouts, and routine maintenance, with on‑call rotation coverage and travel between BIW sites as needed.
