Sanity is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to deliver high-impact analysis that empowers our Product and Engineering teams to make confident, data-driven decisions every day. In this role, you will dig deep into complex datasets, uncover trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights that directly influence product strategy and execution. You'll partner closely with product managers and engineers as a trusted analytical resource, while contributing to a culture of data excellence within our centralized Data & Analytics organization.

What

you would do:

Partner with product managers and engineering leads to frame questions, define analytical requirements, and deliver insights that shape roadmap and investment decisions.

Build cohort, funnel, and user journey analyses that explain how customers adopt Sanity, where they get stuck, and what keeps them coming back.

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across datasets

Define and maintain Sanity's north star and product health metrics in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on a single source of truth for how we measure activation, engagement, and retention.

Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership, influencing strategic decisions with data-backed recommendations.

Manage a mix of ad-hoc and planned analytical work, balancing competing priorities while maintaining clear communication on timelines and progress.
