Job Objective:
Provides technical support to assist the Information Technology Department in the delivery of various IT services for all company employees.

Job Responsibilities:

***** Provide excellent customer service.
* Responsible for diagnosing and resolving unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority and nature.
* Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
* Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software, as instructed.
* Create alternative methods of completing tasks, correcting user errors and system inconsistencies to improve the desktop team function.
* Participate in hardware and software reviews and recommend purchases.
* Maintain inventory of installed software, manage software licensing and create policies and procedures for upgrades.
* Performs other IT projects as assigned.
* Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
* Supports company vision and mission.
* Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
* Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.

* Qualifications:

*** A Sophomore, Junior or Senior with a GAP of 3.5 or higher.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
* Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding organizational skills.
* Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:  +

Currently a Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field.
