Ursa Major is seeking a Demand Planner II to develop and maintain a time-phased demand plan for an assigned portfolio of aerospace programs. You will integrate inputs from Program Management, Business Development, and Finance to shape a defensible forecast and align it with SIOP cycles.
In this role you will lead the monthly demand review, publish forecast metrics, and support capacity, capital, and hiring decisions through scenario planning and robust data analysis.
