** The Temporary Agile Transformation Coach will partner with the Technology Digital & Innovation Office (TDIO) to apply Agile and Lean principles within its Capability Operating Model by establishing practical ways of working that improve delivery, collaboration, and transparency. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, coach, facilitator, and subject matter expert, helping capability leaders and cross-functional teams adopt agile practices that improve alignment, transparency, delivery, and business outcomes.  

This role will help translate industry Agile frameworks into practical guidance aligned with TDIO’s Capability Operating Model and recommend fit-for-purpose Agile practices rather than prescribing a single framework.
This role goes beyond team-level agile coaching. The Agile Transformation Coach will help define and mature the organization's operating model by designing practical frameworks, templates, playbooks, and governance that enable teams to work effectively while remaining aligned to strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience implementing agile operating models within large organizations and has successfully coached leaders, product organizations, and delivery teams through organizational transformation.
