Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI) seeks a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician for our Lubbock office. The role supports clients remotely, in-office, and on-site, with a bi-weekly rotation for phone/ticket work and field projects.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in IT triage/help desk, strong customer service, and familiarity with Connect Wise. CJIS background check is required; travel to local sites is expected.
