Larouche Raymond is an executive search firm specialising in engineering, construction and industrial manufacturing. We place engineers, production directors and technical executives across the United States and Canada, from offices in New York, Montreal and Mississauga.

We are opening one partnership agreement for the United States. The Northeast is where the work is thickest right now - the Nashua-Manchester corridor, greater New England, and the defense and aerospace base anchored there - but where you are based inside the country is up to you, and the territory follows the person.

Tariffs are pushing manufacturing capacity back onto domestic soil, and it lands hardest where the industrial base already exists. Companies expanding US production are hiring process, manufacturing and quality engineers faster than they can find them, in markets where the talent pool was already tight before any of this started. That is a search problem, not a posting problem. It is also the reason a firm that works both sides of the border has something a domestic competitor does not.

You open doors. You know the plant managers, the VPs of engineering and the owners in your market - which ones are hiring, which ones are losing people, which ones are about to restructure because their cost base just moved. You qualify the need, you bring us the mandate, and you stay in the relationship while we run the search.

No evenings on Linked In. No résumé screening. No interviews. Sourcing, assessment, candidate presentation and follow-through to hire are handled in-house by our team and our platform. You open the door; we deliver behind you. This is the manufacturers’ rep model applied to technical talent: your territory, your network, your method, our production.

You keep your current work and bring us business when it crosses your path. You earn 10% of all fees we bill to the clients you introduce, for twelve months from that client’s first mandate. No quota, no minimum, no obligation to bring a second one.

You commit your territory to us exclusively and make this your line of business. You earn 25% of all fees we bill to the clients you bring, for twelve months from each client’s first mandate. The higher rate is what an exclusive commitment is worth to us, and it is the same rate whether you close two clients or twenty. You can start as a Collaborator and move to Partner.

Nobody has ever gone the other way and been thought less of for it.

Our fees are invoiced to the client on the candidate’s start date, and you are paid as soon as the client pays us. Not sixty days later. Not next quarter. In an industry where commission routinely lands a quarter after the work, this is the part people check first - so check it. You also receive a copy of every invoice we send to a client you brought.

You are never calculating your commission from someone else’s summary of what was billed. There is no cap and there is no base.
