We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technology Project Manager to partner closely with Lead Developers, Product Managers, Platform Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products and technology solutions. This role is responsible for creating project structure, maintaining delivery plans, tracking risks and blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring platform work moves forward in alignment with agreed priorities, business objectives, product strategy, and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

and Duties Product and Software Development Delivery
  • Manage the delivery of software products through the SDLC.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into executable plans and release schedules.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Ensure product development efforts remain aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
  • Track feature delivery, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between Product Management, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business teams.
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate requirements reviews, backlog refinement, and post-release retrospectives.
  • Help teams identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Agile Program Management
  • Support Agile delivery practices including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, and project status meetings as needed.
  • Monitor team velocity, delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and project health indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on team effectiveness, predictability, and product quality.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of managing software development, SaaS, or technology projects.
  • Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across business, design, and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens

COMPENSATION

Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
