At The Gund Company, we're looking for a Platform Senior Computer Cloud Engineer who thrives on solving complex technology challenges and building scalable, secure infrastructure that drives business growth.

This is more than a traditional infrastructure role. You will help shape the future of our enterprise compute, cloud, identity, and resiliency platforms while supporting global operations, expansion initiatives, and modernization efforts.

• Design and engineer enterprise compute, virtualization, cloud, and identity platforms.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Manage VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra , and cloud platforms.
• Develop secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure standards.
• Improve disaster recovery, backup, and recovery capabilities.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with cybersecurity, IT operations, and business leaders to deliver enterprisesolutions.
• Support global growth, acquisitions, and facility expansion projects.

• 7+ years of infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, or platform engineering experience.
• Expertise with VMware vSphere and Windows Server environments.
• Strong Active Directory and Microsoft Entra .
• Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, architecture, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Salary Range: $123,000 - $135,000

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and market considerations.
Location & Travel

Preferred location is St. Louis, MO or near a major plant or corporate office. Travel of approximately 15-25% is required to support projects across North America and Europe.
