Customer Solutions Engineer TRM Labs

This role owns the technical relationship with US federal and national-security customers, from discovery through live deployment. Responsibilities include designing solutions, customizing the platform, integrating APIs into mission workflows, presenting technical architecture, creating implementation documentation, and troubleshooting alongside technical stakeholders throughout onboarding.

This is a remote-first, US-based position on a globally distributed team, with core collaboration hours between 8:00am and 5:00pm ET. There is no formal on-call rotation, though occasional off-hours availability may be needed during live mission operations.
