Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Northern

We are entering the biggest platform shift since mobile – a $1.5T market opportunity where every enterprise is racing to adopt AI. But there is a massive problem: the legacy players (the Accentures and Wipros of the world) are failing to adapt. They are still selling armies of consultants and glacial timelines in a world that demands speed.

Enter Turgon.

We are the world’s first Agentic IT Modernization platform. We don’t just "do AI" by adding chatbots to broken systems. We solve enterprise problems at the root: the data and systems level. By combining elite forward-deployed engineers with our proprietary AI Agent Swarms, we map, document, and modernize massive legacy infrastructures in days, not quarters.

We are turning CIOs back into strategic builders and ensuring IT infrastructure can finally transform at the speed of AI. We are looking for builders who are ready to reject the legacy consulting model and help us architect the future of the enterprise.

About the Role

Our platform is our product. Not just the agents themselves, but the entire delivery engine that orchestrates them – the workflows, the interfaces, the feedback loops, and the logic that makes autonomous enterprise modernization possible at scale.

We have found our wedge:
Data Modernization. We are already helping Global 2000 companies migrate off mainframes (AS/400) and consolidate fragmented data across ERPs/CRMs/etc into modern stacks like Snowflake and Databricks using our agentic platform. But we are just getting started. The opportunity ahead is to build an agentic layer to manage the entire Enterprise IT infrastructure.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own that expansion. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to identify the highest-value problems our customers still rely on traditional SIs to solve, and define the new agents and capabilities we need to build to take that work over. You will bring order to the roadmap, rigor to the build process, and a deep curiosity about what the best AI products in the world are doing–and how we can apply it here.

This is an early, high-ownership role. If you want to manage a backlog in a mature org, this isn't it. If you want to shape the product direction of a company that is redefining how enterprise architecture gets built, read on.

Responsibilities
  • Own the

    Roadmap:

Define and prioritize what gets built, when, and why. Bring coherence to a fast-moving product surface–ensuring features are sequenced logically, built to a high standard, and designed with the delivery engineer (FDE) experience front and center.
  • Expand Agent Capabilities: Move us from simple data modernization to complex context graphs, agent-managed infrastructure and multi-agent orchestration. You will define the "digital employees" we need to build next–whether that's an agent that understands SAP logic or one that navigates complex governance frameworks.
  • Customer-Led Discovery: Embed yourself in the sales cycle. Listen to CIOs describe their biggest bottlenecks and translate that signal into specs for new agent architectures. The best features we will ever build will come from this loop.
  • AI-First Everything: Constantly research how the best AI products in the world operate. Stay at the frontier. Every problem we encounter should be approached first through the lens of what AI can do–not what we've always done.
  • Optimize the Delivery Engine: Treat the platform as a product with measurable performance. Work with engineering to relentlessly improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency across key metrics: time-to-value, compute cost, and error rates.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to enterprise software and infrastructure.
  • The "Services-to-Software" Mindset: You understand that the product is the delivery mechanism. You are excited by the challenge of building an internal engine that generates service outcomes, rather than a UI for end-users.
  • Technical Fluency: You are comfortable discussing data schemas, APIs, ETL pipelines, and legacy infrastructure (ERPs, Mainframes). You don't need to code, but you need to understand the technical constraints of an enterprise environment.
  • AI…
