As a Senior Program Manager within Git Lab's Enterprise Technology & AI organization, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance our strategy. This is a high impact role that requires both technical fluency and business acumen, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and drive decisions across teams.

You will operate at the intersection of Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business operations, bringing structure and clarity to programs that span multiple domains and functions. Whether standing up new capabilities, improving governance practices, or scaling operational processes, you will be the connective tissue that keeps programs moving, risks surfaced, and stakeholders informed.

• Own end-to-end program management for large, high-visibility Enterprise Technology, AI & Data initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, dependency management, resource planning, execution tracking, and change management.
• Lead enterprise applications and operational transformation programs that improve business processes, increase scalability, and reduce friction for internal teams.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to clarify goals, define success metrics, evaluate trade-offs, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Drive operating rhythms across programs, including status reporting, RAID management, milestone reviews, and executive-ready communications.
• Identify program risks, gaps, and blockers early; recommend practical options and drive timely decisions with stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Improve the consistency and effectiveness of program delivery by strengthening governance, documentation, planning practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and automation opportunities that enhance productivity across enterprise systems and operations.
• Contribute to a high-trust, async-first culture by modeling Git Lab values, clear communication, and strong remote collaboration practices.

• 7+ years of program management experience, with a strong track record delivering cross-functional Enterprise Technology, AI & Data programs
