PURPOSE

We are seeking an execution focused Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager to build our organization’s foundational AI governance framework and lead the rollout of high-priority AI and emerging technology initiatives. The Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives, emerging technology capabilities, healthcare compliance requirements, and technical execution. In this role, the Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager will establish corporate policies for emerging technology and AI, including data privacy, security, and ethical tool usage while directly managing the implementation of pre-identified projects.

The Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager will collaborate with clinicians, operations, IT, data analytics, compliance, legal, EMR, administrative leaders, and executive stakeholders to ensure safe, scalable, and measurable adoption of AI and other emerging technology. The Technology & AI Transformational Program Manager will serve as the central coordinator between leaders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to drive successful AI and emerging technology adoption that improves patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

All duties will be carried out while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develops company-wide AI and emerging technology policies, acceptable-use guidelines, and compliance standards aligned with healthcare regulations, in collaboration with compliance, legal, and IT leadership teams.
  • Owns the end-to-end delivery of pre-identified AI and emerging technology projects, managing timelines, vendor integrations, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Collaborates with leaders to understand their business objectives and challenges and provides expert guidance on emerging technology/AI integration.
  • Manages AI project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Develops project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinates and partners with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, clinicians, operations, IT, data analytics, compliance, legal, EMR, administrative leaders, executive stakeholders, and vendor partners.
  • Ensures AI solutions align with organizational strategic goals and priorities.
  • Coordinates data readiness activities, including integration, quality, governance, and validation.
  • Monitors project performance using KPIs, milestones, and benefit realization metrics.
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CMS requirements, security policies, AI governance standards, and any other regulations with support from compliance and legal departments.
  • Develops communication plans, training strategies, and change management activities to support AI adoption.
  • Maintains project documentation and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Manages, communicates and raises awareness to operational aspects of project scope, methodologies, standards, exposure and risk.
  • Educates leadership on AI capabilities, risks, and best practices.
  • Stays informed on healthcare technology trends, regulatory changes, and emerging AI innovations.
  • Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
  • Regular and dependable attendance.
