  • Provide on-call support as required for 24x7 scheduling operations.
  • Support Control-M Automation API, jobs-as-code adoption, workflow modernization, vendor enhancements, and enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Provide engineering support for multi-environment workload orchestration and modernization initiatives.
  • Contribute to modernization efforts involving resiliency engineering, cloud-aligned scheduling, and advanced automation capabilities.
  • Lead complex technical engineering projects and coordinate technical resources as required.
  • Train technical staff on Control-M tools, platform functionality, and engineering standards.
  • Identify and communicate solution gaps, platform issues, and resiliency risks.
  • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, issue reviews, prioritization, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Apply risk management practices and comply with applicable internal standards, audit requirements, and information security policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6-9+ years of relevant experience in IT engineering, infrastructure operations, workload automation, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Control-M administration, including Server and Agent installation and configuration, job scheduling and workflow design, user access and security, patch management, and upgrades.
  • Experience with Control-M orchestration across multiple environments, including on-premises and CoLo environments.

  • Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong SQL skills and basic database troubleshooting experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle.
