• Strategic Planning & Execution Support Head of Technology Strategy to operationalize the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with Corient’s business strategy and execute the technology roadmap items.
• Support the execution of key cross-functional initiatives by tracking progress against KPIs, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive results.
• Help translate strategic objectives into initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Manage and coordinate select non-tech special projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Leadership Leverage & Communication Serve as a trusted partner to technology leaders below the CTO level.
• Prepare execution updates and materials for CTO staff meetings, cross-functional business manager forums, quarterly reviews, etc., manage follow-ups, and track action items to maintain execution discipline and accountability.
• Draft briefing notes, summaries, follow-ups, executive reports for all-hands meetings and other organizational updates.
• Budget and Financial Stewardship Support the technology budget annual planning and forecasting cycles, including OPEX and CAPEX spend against approved budget and surface anomalies.
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency by monitoring departmental spending, analyzing variances, and partnering with corresponding technology function leads and vendors to identify savings and optimize investments.
• Manage technology vendor coordination such as contract tracking, renewal calendars, usage vs spend analysis and support negotiation efforts as needed.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting and analysis in partnership with the Finance team, clearly articulating status, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Organizational Design & Governance Support workforce planning and organizational design efforts by providing input for roles, structure, and reporting cadence in alignment with the demand of technology leaders.
• Help establish governance routines to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and ensure accountability across teams.
• Maintain operating artifacts such as decision logs, risk registers, and dependency maps.
• Act as a key coordination point between the Head of Technology Strategy and technology leadership (Data Engineering, Platform, IT Operations, PMO, and Information Security) to maintain alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
• Platform & Data Enablement Bridge business operations and technology delivery to ensure advisor, client, and internal experiences are seamless, consistent, and data-driven.
• Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to implement scalable data governance and reporting frameworks aligned with the needs of the CTO organization.
• Coordinate efforts between Salesforce and Addepar teams to improve visibility, integration, and adoption across platforms.
• M&A Technology Integration Collaborate with technology leaders to execute and refine onboarding playbooks for new acquisitions.
• Track technology dependencies (e.g., Salesforce, Addepar) and identify data and infrastructure requirements to accelerate post-acquisition integration.
• Maintain integration issue logs and elevate recurring bottlenecks.
• Capture integration learnings and feed improvements back into playbooks.

• 5-8 years of progressive experience driving technology operations, strategy, and transformation, preferably from a consulting and Fin Tech/Technology background.
• Hands-on experience running complex cross-functional initiatives from end to end.
