UX and Service Design Consultants lead user‑centered research and design work to improve the experiences of students, faculty, staff, and institutional teams.
This role focuses on understanding real user needs, mapping current journeys, identifying pain points, and designing improved services, processes, and digital touchpoints. The work is often connected to wider transformation programmes where experience, adoption, accessibility, and usability are critical to success.
You will help institutions move beyond system implementation alone and focus on how people actually experience services across the organization.
What You May Work OnYou may support clients to plan and conduct user research, map current‑state and future‑state journeys, identify service gaps, design service blueprints, create personas and prototypes, facilitate co‑design sessions, and work with strategy, technology, change, and delivery teams.
