Job Description As an IT Leader within the IT Global Sales organization, you will be the strategic driver of our Oracle Fusion CX Cloud environment. You will be responsible for leading large-scale implementations, defining the technical and functional roadmap, and ensuring that our Sales CX suite is fully optimized to support our global growth. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to mentor high-performing consulting teams while managing high-level stakeholder relationships.

Roadmap:

** Lead the end-to-end strategy for Oracle Fusion CX Cloud. Define and execute a multi-year roadmap that aligns with Motorola Solutions’ "Lead-to-Cash" global processes.
* ** Solution Architecture:
** Design scalable, integrated solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for all API-led data flow between Oracle CX, ERP (Oracle Fusion/EBS), and third-party systems. This includes designing solutions for the Fusion CPQ and Pricing to ensure seamless integration, leveraging Oracle's productized integrations.
* ** Practice & Project Management:
** Oversee multiple work-streams of CX implementations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets ROI targets.
* ** Stakeholder Engagement:
** Act as a primary advisor to executive stakeholders. Translate complex technical requirements into business value and drive executive alignment on digital transformation initiatives.
* ** Process Engineering:
** Analyze and re-engineer global business processes. Leverage Oracle CX best practices to automate workflows, improve user experience for sales and service agents, and enhance data integrity.
* ** Mentorship & Team Growth:
** Lead and develop a team of internal analysts and external partners. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agile delivery.
* ** Innovation & Trends:
