Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Power Center and MDM Developer to serve as a senior Master Data Management (MDM) specialist and key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing, developing, and supporting enterprise master data solutions that enable accurate client and provider identity management across complex data ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Informatica Power Center, Informatica MDM, SQL, data profiling, data quality, and data governance. This position requires the ability to bridge technical and business functions by translating complex data concepts into actionable insights while supporting analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Liaison and Business Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project sponsors, and technical teams to understand client and provider data domains and identity management requirements.
• Analyze complex identity resolution challenges and translate business requirements into scalable master data management solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business users on data identity, master data management, and analytics-related initiatives.
• Communicate technical findings, data limitations, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders requiring MDM support for analytics and reporting initiatives.

• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise master data management solutions using Informatica MDM.
• Manage and maintain client and provider identity crosswalks across multiple source systems and data domains.
• Develop and support data integration processes using Informatica Power Center and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Perform data profiling, matching, merging, deduplication, and identity resolution activities.
• Establish and maintain data quality controls, validation processes, and identity management standards.
• Support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives by ensuring consistent and trusted master data assets.
• Extract, integrate, analyze, and validate client, member, provider, and identity-related data from multiple internal and external data sources.
• Collaborate with business analysts, performance management teams, and technical stakeholders to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Assist in the development and validation of data visualizations, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing trusted master data and identity management expertise.

• Implement and support data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor and improve data quality through profiling, validation, reconciliation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data standards, governance requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Participate in data stewardship activities and support enterprise data quality initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data definitions, identity management processes, and governance standards.

• Promote enterprise adoption of master data management practices and tools.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, user guides, and documentation for business users and technical teams.
• Support data literacy initiatives and encourage adoption of data-driven decision-making practices.
• Create educational materials related to identity management, data integration, and data governance processes.

• Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies to support accurate retrieval and analysis of complex data domains.
