The RoleThe Legal Operations Analyst supports firm leadership in analyzing performance metrics, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that client service delivery aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze billing, utilization, and matter metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance to develop dashboards and operational reports.
- Support practice groups in improving workflow management and client intake systems.
- Help implement technology solutions (CRM, document automation, timekeeping tools).
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and firmwide process-improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a law firm, consulting, or corporate legal department.
- Strong data analytics and Excel/BI skills; familiarity with legal technology platforms a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-department collaboration skills.
