What You'll Do:- Provide day-to-day support for the City's human resources and financial management systems, helping employees resolve issues and maximize system functionality.
- Partner with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement new system features, and support successful adoption through training and documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams and end users to test system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality before implementation.
- Create reports and assist with data analysis to help departments access the information they need to support business operations.
- Support system-related projects and help communicate planned maintenance, outages, and major system initiatives across the organization.
