Technical Support:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and addressing inquiries regarding Dapu Stor’s product portfolio.

Sales

Collaboration:

Partner with the sales team to prepare and deliver technical demonstrations and product presentations tailored to the US market.

Hardware analysis:
Help customers identify technical requirements, track feedback, and recommend optimized hardware solutions.

Testing & Validation:
Assist customers with SSD evaluation and testing to ensure seamless compatibility between Dapu Stor products and customer architectures.

Lifecycle Management:
Maintain and update product roadmaps, technical documentation, and sales collateral necessary to close deals.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

SSD Expertise:
Strong foundational knowledge of SSD and server technology; ability to independently perform platform testing and troubleshooting.

Interpersonal

Skills:

Excellent collaboration skills with the drive to lead technical engagements and evolve into a solution expert.

Technical Stack:
Familiarity with Linux environments and databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, No

SQL) is a plus.

Market Insight:
Deep understanding of the SSD market, including current technological trends and the competitive landscape.

Travel:
Ability to travel internationally and represent the company at industry events and conferences (10-15%)

Languages:

Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin or Portuguese is a preferred.
