Location: Northern
Flex, a NYC-based Fin Tech, is seeking IT Support contractors to act as the frontline for tier 1 & 2 IT requests within the Customer Success organization. This contract role (W2) is initially six months, with 30+ hours per week during ET hours and in-office 4 of 5 days at Flex HQ in NYC.
You will handle provisioning, access management, password resets, MFA/SSO issues, onboarding/offboarding, and CS help desk support via Slack, Zoom, phone, and in person.
