Job Summary: As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you'll address the most complex technical challenges, providing expert-level support and guidance. This role encompasses system administration, advanced troubleshooting, and mentoring junior staff, driving IT infrastructure improvements and strategic departmental goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related field, including 3+ years in a senior role.
• Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity practices.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Resolve advanced technical issues involving IT infrastructure and complex environments.
• Manage server and network configurations.
• Mentor junior technical support staff.
• Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
• CompTIA Security+: Validates baseline cybersecurity skills.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): Recognizes advanced information security skills.
• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate: Focuses on managing cloud services in Azure.
• VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV): Demonstrates expertise in VMware vSphere environments.
• Cisco Certified Cyber Ops Associate: Prepares for roles in cybersecurity operations.

• Must be 21 years of age to apply.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
