This is a 12-month contract role based in Chandler, Arizona, supporting production IT and data integration infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Provide L1, L2, and L3 troubleshooting and production support
- Monitor systems using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Support batch and scheduled job execution and performance
- Perform incident, problem, and root-cause analysis
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
- Manage data integration workflows and resolve issues across production environments
- Required
- 5+ years of hands-on production and IT support experience
- Strong experience with Informatica and Data Stage
- Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting
- Oracle and DB2 database support
- PL/SQL and SQL tuning
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Availability for on-call and production support responsibilities
