Description
Establishes system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM) requirements into enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems. Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture. Designs system ICAM implementation architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
What You Will Do- Establishes system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of Identity Credential Access Management (ICAM) requirements into enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
- Determines and identifies high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions with the user community and knowledge of the enterprise architecture.
- Designs system ICAM implementation architecture to include the software, hardware and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
- Identifies, assesses, and presents options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including authentication and authorization, segregation of duties, privileged access management.
- Responsible for developing high level system design diagrams.
- Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with applicable open systems architecture standards including OSI, ISO, IEEE OSE reference model, and Information Management (IM) solution requirements across the application platform, API, and external environment/software application.
- Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant.
- Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.
- Five (5) years of overall professional experience in the system architecture and engineering field.
- Five (5) years' experience in Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations.
- Active Sec+ certification or equivalent IAT Level II certification.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Ideally MA/MS in a technical discipline with at least fifteen (15) years of experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
Pay range: $210,000 - $240,000 depending on experience and skill set
