We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Lead / Architect to provide technical leadership for a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation. This role requires a strong development and architecture background with deep experience across Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, payroll, testing, and production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery including solution design, data migration, integrations, reporting, environment management, testing, and deployment.
- Design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, middleware, and related Oracle HCM technologies.
- Lead data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, Payroll Parallel cycles, time validation, and UAT.
- Develop and support Oracle HCM technical components including HDL/HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Own production cutover planning, technical readiness, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate technical activities across business, implementation, and offshore development teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical development and architecture experience, preferably within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud HCM integrations.
- Experience serving as Technical Lead on at least two completed Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementations.
- Strong Oracle HCM Payroll experience, including hands-on leadership of Payroll Parallel cycles.
- Experience with data migration, APIs, middleware, environment management, and technical architecture.
- Demonstrated experience leading testing cycles and production cutovers for enterprise HCM implementations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate distributed delivery teams.
