The role involves providing functional consulting, solution design, and implementation support for Oracle EBS Manufacturing processes to drive operational efficiency and business value for clients.

• Analyze business requirements related to ERP Supply Chain and manufacturing processes and map them to Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (Quality Management, WIP, OPM).
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing
  - Quality Management (Functional) to enable robust quality controls, inspections, and compliance processes.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing
  - Work in Progress (WIP) (Functional) for production execution, job scheduling, resource management, and cost tracking.
• Configure and support Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) (Functional) for process-based manufacturing, batch management, formulations, and product lifecycle management.
• Participate in solution design, fit-gap analysis, and documentation of functional specifications for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, and reports related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions and enhancements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing, quality, and supply chain processes using Oracle EBS best practices.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP Supply Chain and manufacturing business processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and recommend process improvements.
• Effective stakeholder communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Experience as an Oracle Consultant working on ERP Supply Chain
  - Oracle On Premise (EBS) implementations or support engagements.
• Hands-on functional experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing
  - Quality Management (Functional).
• Hands-on functional experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing
  - Work in Progress (WIP) (Functional).
• Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) (Functional).
• Good understanding of Oracle EBS data structures, setups, and configuration options for manufacturing and quality modules.
• Familiarity with testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and defect management in Oracle EBS projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
