A Head of Tokenization acts as a bridge between traditional finance (Trad Fi) and decentralized finance (DeFi). This leader designs digital asset products, handles regulatory rules, and works with engineering and compliance teams. This position is working for a top tier firm in NYC; must have an appetite for an entrepreneurial environment.

• Strategy: Build and launch platforms that turn traditional assets into digital tokens on a blockchain.
• Product Design: Create product roadmaps, research token standards, and test blockchain solutions.
• Teamwork: Partner with technology, operations, legal, and compliance groups to integrate tokens safely.
• Client Relations: Meet with major investors and asset managers to present tokenization capabilities.
• Compliance: Track global market trends and U.S. financial regulations.

• Background: Over 5 to 10 years of experience in the blockchain space either at a protocol, in a BD org, or in an asset manager (blockchain focused VP). Additional financial services experience preferred
