Senior Consultant-Oracle with expertise in ERP Supply Chain
- Oracle On Premise (EBS) - EBS:
Procurement - iSourcing (Functional). Candidate must have relevant experience of 7 to 10 Years.

• Lead functional consulting engagements focused on Oracle EBS Procurement and iSourcing modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes and supply chain objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for procurement and sourcing processes, translating them into effective Oracle EBS functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS Procurement and iSourcing functionalities, including setups, workflows, and approval hierarchies to support end-to-end source-to-pay cycles.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and system enhancements within Oracle EBS Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, and reports related to procurement and sourcing.
• Support testing activities (unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing) and ensure quality delivery of Oracle EBS solutions.
• Provide functional support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Oracle EBS Procurement and iSourcing modules in production environments.
• Conduct user training and create functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Oracle EBS capabilities to improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and status reporting as a senior functional consultant.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP Supply Chain processes with specific focus on procurement and sourcing.
• Ability to work with global teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and driving consensus.
• Proven capability to operate in a senior consulting role, providing thought leadership and best practices for Oracle EBS implementations.
• Effective communication skills to interact with business users, project managers, and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex functional issues.

• Experience as a Senior Consultant-Oracle working on ERP Supply Chain
  - Oracle On Premise (EBS) with focus on EBS:
  Procurement - iSourcing (Functional).
• In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement and iSourcing modules, including configuration and process design.
• Hands-on experience in implementing, enhancing, or supporting Oracle EBS Supply Chain solutions in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to document functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments with multiple priorities.
