At ULA, the Scrum Master is responsible for enabling disciplined Agile delivery across IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams. This role ensures predictable execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, strengthening cross‑team coordination, and driving continuous improvement. The Scrum Master helps teams maintain clarity of priorities, transparent workflow management, and healthy communication patterns, ensuring alignment with IT operational and engineering objectives.

Core responsibilities include:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain disciplined execution of sprints, ensuring commitments, priorities, and dependencies are well‑understood
