LMS Project Manager, hybrid | Revel IT

Client in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a LMS Project Manager contractor to assist in the transition to Mad Cap systems as the single source publishing solution for LMS content. This will also replace aging tech and allow for simplification of learning technology.

• Local to Columbus and available for in-office
  hybrid
  in the Dublin office (preferred but not required)

• Requirements gathering and design documentation
• LMS/LCMS Platform Knowledge
• Process Documentation & Runbook Development
• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills
• Communication & Executive Reporting
• Cutover Planning & Go-Live Execution
• Learning Content Migration & Validation
• Stakeholder & Executive Management
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination
• Change Management & User Adoption
• Risk, Issue, Action, and Dependency (RAID) Management
• Testing Oversight (UAT, Integration, and Content Validation)
• Vendor & Third-Party Management
• Data Migration & Quality Assurance
• Training Deployment & Readiness Planning
• Hypercare & Post-Go-Live Support Management
• Preferred Experience:LMS/LCMS implementations or migrations;
  Learning content migration;
  Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
