Location: Northern
Volta in Palo Alto is seeking a UX Researcher to understand how customers and internal users experience our AI infrastructure platform. You will surface friction points, mental models, and unmet needs to inform product decisions.
Work closely with design and product management to plan and conduct research, run usability tests, and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights. Build a research repository and help shape methods as the function grows.
