Novo Nordisk in Lexington, MA is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician responsible for escalated incidents, end-user support, and IT process improvements across offices and labs. You will report to the Senior Helpdesk Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient resolution.
This role requires 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows, Azure, AD, Office 365 experience, and the ability to work with vendors. A BS or AD in CS or related field is preferred.
