Job Description:
Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Systems Administrator – Linux & Kubernetes with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support programs in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
.
In this role, you will support a team responsible for vetting and onboarding Defense Industrial Base (DIB) companies with the variety of services offered by the CCC Partnerships Team. You will perform Linux administration tasks, remotely connect to Linux systems, install software, and support technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform, and Traefik.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use SSH to remotely connect to Linux machines.
- Install software in Linux environments using RPM and YUM.
- Gather status information from Linux machines.
- Support the vetting and onboarding of DIB companies with services offered by the CCC Partnerships Team.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and Traefik technologies.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Five (5) years of experience managing and monitoring large Hadoop clusters (>200 nodes), in conjunction with a Hadoop/Cloud System Administration Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar requirements may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Linux.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with Helm charts.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Knowledge of Cloud Formation.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Traefik.
