Empath Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to optimize and support our Salesforce platform across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and IT to enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption. This is a high-impact position where you will help shape how Salesforce supports key business processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
Whatyou'll Do
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, including user access, security, configurations, and system performance
- Configure and enhance platform functionality (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects) to support business needs
- Maintain data integrity through audits, imports/exports, and deduplication efforts
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, implement solutions, and support system enhancements
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to strengthen adoption and system effectiveness

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools and reporting capabilities
- Experience managing data quality and working with tools such as Data Loader
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
