This is a senior data science role inside a Boston healthcare AI company, owning the analytical work that decides what the product predicts and how confidently it does so.
What you will do- Lead modelling work across clinical, claims and operational healthcare datasets.
- Design experiments and validation strategies that stand up to clinical and payer scrutiny.
- Translate ambiguous clinical questions into measurable modelling problems.
- Mentor mid-level data scientists and set analytical standards across the team.
- Deep statistical and machine learning grounding, with published or peer-reviewed rigour welcomed.
- Experience with healthcare data structures such as EHR extracts, claims or registry data is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Python or R, SQL and modern experimentation tooling.
- Ability to explain analytical trade-offs to clinicians, executives and regulators.
$165,000 to $205,000 base, plus equity and full US benefits. Hybrid in Boston.
