Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Technical Account Manager to own the technical health of post-sales workloads across AI workloads, GPUs, and cloud infrastructure. You will lead architecture discussions, drive joint POC sessions, and ensure SLAs are defensible and met.
You will work in a hands-on role requiring deep understanding of training runs, inference services, and performance baselines, with a focus on scalability and reliability for enterprise customers.
