• Design, implement, and provide Tier-3 support for applications, systems, and IT products.
• Triage issues, deliver enhancements, and resolve production software defects promptly.
• Support ad-hoc database queries and data manipulation as needed.
• Document incidents and user requests in a ticket tracking system while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Visio, Project).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and encourage innovation while maximizing existing resources.
• Experience performing technical assessments and developing creative, sustainable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
