AEM System Administrator ()
As a lead member of an Agile SCRUM team, you will provide thought leadership and solutions for adopting and leveraging AEM Sites, Assets, and Target. You will maintain existing AEM as a Cloud Service and coordinate with the product vendor. Responsibilities include supporting DAM, Target, and headless content delivery, as well as optimizing the AEM and system architecture for speed and scalability.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to achieve goals.
- Lead AEM adoption and implementation within an Agile SCRUM team.
- Maintain AEM as a Cloud Service and liaise with the vendor.
- Support DAM, Target, and headless content delivery.
- Optimize AEM and system architecture for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in AEM 6.x and 2+ years in AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong experience with AEM DAM, Workflows, Web Content Authoring, Production, Configuration, Publishing, site architecture, and integration with SOAP and REST web services.
- Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud product suite.
- Understanding of content lifecycle, web content management, publishing, deployment, and delivery processes.
- Experience with AEM administration (configuring Author, Publish, Dispatcher modes, audit reports, HTTP request configuration).
- Performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution in AEM.
- Experience with thread and heap dumps and AEM admin consoles.
- Content publishing via REST APIs and API evolution.
- Content migration between CMS solutions and AEM version upgrades.
- Experience with content mapping, integrity, cutover mechanics, and namespace issues.
- Understanding of version control (SVN, TFS, Git), Git configuration, and Dev Ops pipeline creation in Cloud Manager.
- Experience with AEM administration (user permissions, LDAP synchronization, Sling settings, audit reports, dispatcher setup, code and configuration management).
- Experience with Apache Web Server and Linux server environments.
- AEM scripting capabilities.
