Location: Northern
DAG Tech in Boston seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join the Engineering Operations team. You will provide front-line support and manage technology systems, interfacing directly with end-users to resolve issues and maintain service levels at a busy client site.
This contract role offers flexible 10–40 hours per week, on-site in Boston, with exposure to Windows and Mac workstations, mobile devices, and cloud apps like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
