Job Description To create truly intelligent and aligned AI, human expertise is indispensable. As an AI Training Specialist, you will be at the cutting edge of AI development, actively shaping models through diverse data creation, evaluation, and refinement, with a deep understanding of methodologies like Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Direct Preference Optimization (DPO).
Key Responsibilities Generate high-quality, diverse, and nuanced training data across various formats (e.g., text, code, structured data) to teach AI specific behaviors and knowledge.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs, providing detailed preference rankings and comparative feedback to guide model improvements.
Craft effective prompts and instruction sets to elicit desired AI responses and explore model capabilities.
Evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy, safety, coherence, tone, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
Contribute to the development of reward models by providing consistent and high-quality human feedback.
Understand and apply principles of RLHF, DPO, and other advanced AI training methodologies in your work.
Ideal Qualifications Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide nuanced and constructive feedback.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their capabilities/limitations.
Understanding of AI alignment concepts, including safety, bias, and ethical considerations.
Experience with prompt engineering or data evaluation is a plus.
A degree in a field requiring strong analytical and communication skills (e.g., Linguistics, Computer Science, Philosophy, Humanities).Project Timeline
