You have experience working in marketing or creative operations, with an understanding of the tools and challenges that creative and design teams face. You are a natural teacher and coach with a passion for project management: you love helping customers get comfortable with new software and celebrating when it clicks for them.
You are design-literate and unintimidated by production and templating tools. You understand how production designers think, you can find your way around Adobe InDesign, and you are eager to learn a technical templating toolset quickly and then teach it clearly to others. When something does not work the way a customer expects, you enjoy digging in to figure out why.
You’re curious about AI and comfortable using it day-to-day for drafting, research, and scaling your work. You’re excited to help customers adopt AI features with the same clarity and coaching mindset you’d bring to any other part of the platform.
You bring tenacity, patience, and a genuine passion for people. You partner with customers to ensure their goals and outcomes are met through the onboarding journey across Lytho’s platform, and you have a passion for creating content and training that educates at scale.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent implementations at varying stages, prioritizing across competing deadlines and TTV commitments.
- Partner with our new and existing customers to ensure successful training and adoption of Lytho’s solution.
- Train customers’ designers to build their own design templates. Troubleshoot customer template issues (for example font and style conflicts, frame problems, and export settings).
- Deliver professional services engagements as scoped, including customized product configuration, staff augmentation, or supplemental onsite training and enablement.
- Work with Sales and Customer Experience to understand and document customers’ goals and desired outcomes; facilitate a smooth post-sale transition for new customers from initial product access to launch.
- Understand customers’ desired outcomes to develop a customized onboarding plan and project manage customer onboarding based on the plan specifics.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the product as an internal product Subject Matter Expert (SME). Work with internal resources to drive forward technical feature fulfillment and proactively identify additional product needs.
- Thrive in a fast-moving product environment and proactively identify risks while partnering with Customer Experience to mitigate and resolve onboarding or training hurdles throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Become the voice of the customer, helping the Product Development team identify bugs and product improvements based on the requirements and preferences of the customer.
- Create and contribute to customer-facing training content such as videos, webinars, documents, and Knowledge Base articles.
- Deliver training and presentations to large-scale audiences to support customer events.
What We Look For:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or creative operations with an understanding of the tools and challenges that designers face.
- 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or training in a software environment.
- Design and production literacy (typography, color, print and digital output formats) plus working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and comfort teaching design and production best practices (preflight, fonts, paragraph and character styles, export settings), with the willingness and aptitude to deepen into templating.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience with a taxonomy background is a plus.
- Previous project management experience and demonstrated time management skills.
- Comfort using AI tools in your own workflow and a…
