Job Description ####
Role Overview
* Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.
* Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
* Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.#### Responsibilities:
* 10+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries.
* Experience with CRM –ISU Integration .
* Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.#### Technical Requirements:
* Understanding on IS Utilities Business & Technical Master Data Setup .
* Understanding of Meter to Cash Flow & Transactions .
* Understanding of CRM-ISU Replication process .
* Experience in Print Workbench area .
* Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process & Market Communication .
* Expertise in IDex Setup, Partner Profile setup, COMEV/COMPR process .
* Able to Identify Enhancement points & BADI’s in Standard SAP Transactions .
* Able to Analyze Batch Job Failure’s & Creation of Custom Mass Activities .
* Expertise in Performance Optimization of Batch jobs & Custom Code .
* Good understanding of Release Management/Deployment Activities.#### Preferred
