Lead End-to-End Delivery of Open Lakehouse Data Products, Commercial Analytics, and Medallion Architectures for Transportation Climate Solutions
Join Carrier Global Corporation as a Data Product Delivery Lead supporting the Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) business unit (Remote, FL). Blending data engineering expertise with product leadership, you will lead cross-functional Agile teams to build, scale, and deliver production-grade data products. You will partner with business executives across parts, pricing, sales operations, and service to translate domain requirements into modern open lakehouse architectures, utilizing Python, SQL, and medallion data modeling (bronze/silver/gold) to drive enterprise digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead customer discovery sessions across sales, parts, service, and pricing teams to define data product roadmaps, requirements, and value outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of commercial data products, applying Agile frameworks to direct data engineers, platform architects, and analysts.
- Oversee the engineering of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modern open lakehouse architectures supporting structured and unstructured enterprise data.
- Enforce medallion data architecture standards (bronze/silver/gold layers) to maintain high data quality, lineage, governance, and access controls.
- Integrate multi-source data feeds from SAP ERP, CRM, pricing engines, parts catalogs, and third-party data providers.
- Drive customer adoption, track value metrics, and manage executive stakeholder alignment across the global Climate Solutions Transportation division.
