Location: Northern
RMantra Solutions seeks an Operations Analyst to monitor 24/7 contractual performance and ticket lifecycle within our center. You will work with the Data Collection Services team to ensure processes are followed and measurable outcomes are achieved.
You will analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop changes that drive contract performance goals. You will also handle ad-hoc requests, monitor queues, and provide timely, actionable responses to requestors.
