Location: Northern
Hyundai Auto Ever America is seeking a Service Desk Rep I to provide desk-side and remote IT support for employees across departments. This on-site role in West Point, GA supports laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones, logs tickets, and escalates complex issues to higher levels to minimize downtime.
The position requires 0–1 year IT experience, a basic understanding of networking and Windows, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory environment.
