This role requires experience in administering Office 365, including creating, monitoring, and managing user accounts and service health. Experience setting up mobile device policies and deploying them through Windows Intune is essential. Strong Active Directory administration skills within Windows Servers, including user account management, group policies, and DNS, are required. Experience with Intune, SCCM, cloud-based management solutions, and mobile device management (MDM) is also necessary.
A deep understanding of Active Directory Group Policy, OU structure, and domain/forest trusts is expected. Experience managing Intune in hybrid mode for a single pane of glass is highly desirable.
