- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory review processes (e.g., data privacy, information security, legal/contract review) and how to sequence them into a project plan rather than treat them as an afterthought.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Understanding and application of Agile concepts such as Scrum/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies, and comfort managing Hybrid projects where Agile sits alongside phase-gated programs.
- Must be proficient with Service Now (ITSM change management modules, incident categorization, and approval workflows)

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure, platform and system implementation projects within specified timelines, budget, and scope, with accountability for compliance, regulatory, and operational risk exposure. This role governs the phase-gate layer for projects that follow Waterfall or Hybrid delivery: formal milestone sign-off, change control, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
The Technical Project Manager is skilled in working with cross-functional technical teams, managing resources, and ensuring project objectives are met, while making sure nothing ships, migrates, or changes production without the right risk, security, and compliance checks having already happened, not retrofitted afterward.
Responsible for the following areas:
Project Planning:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, including compliance and risk requirements identified at intake rather than discovered mid-build.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, sequencing infrastructure dependencies (environments, licensing, network, data migration)…
