Location: Northern
The State of Georgia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join Pathways Center in west-central Georgia. You will provide frontline technical support to employees and manage tickets via Solar Winds Help Desk.
You will install and configure Windows desktops, maintain printers and peripherals, assist with Microsoft 365 apps, ensure network connectivity, and support security and HIPAA-compliance across facilities.
